We are an independent restaurant specializing in upscale local-American cuisine. We start by sourcing the best local products, like rustic hand-shaped bread from Izzio's Artisan Bakery, Polidori Sausage, freshly roasted Coda coffee, and locally farmed eggs. We prepare nearly everything from scratch, from cutting our steaks and roasting our turkeys, to grinding our corned beef hash.
We wanted to bring outstanding breakfast and lunch dishes together with really good coffee. After leaving our restaurant and coffee shop jobs in 2005 we managed to get Toast open by December of 2006. We are located at the entrance to beautiful and historic Main Street in Littleton, on the southeast corner of Santa Fe and Bowles Avenues.
Toast offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with an expansive and unique menu. The servers were attentive and gave great recommendations and the food was fresh and full of flavor. Covid protocols were clearly taken seriously, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! I will definitely return to support this local business in the future.
Great service and high quality breakfast. I ordered eggs Benedict and it was delicious. We used waitlist and didn't have to wait too much longer after time window. Will be coming back soon!

This place has amazing food! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. They are also taking safe COVID precautions during this pandemic. I had the eggs blackstone and they were absolutely mouthwatering! We got a chai latte to go and creme brûlée coffee which were both amazing also. The chai is so flavorful. We will be returning!
Love toast! Their new location is so ideal and so great! I have been doing the pick up due to COVID and my food has been top notch and delicious every time! Highly recommend their sandwiches they are so good!
